  • 4th/5th Gen DH – district heating network including storage and networked heat transfer stations
  • BIM  - Building Information Modelling
  • Blower Door – measure pressure needed to press air through the house
  • Building Commissioning – control of compliance to building codes
  • CCHP/Trigeneration       Combines Heating Cooling and Power
  • Chiller – medium cooling device
  • CHP - Combined Heat and Power
  • Demand response – regulating energy demand
